Bev Colgan
Principal Harp
Beverly Colgan holds degrees in harp performance from Indiana University and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and received her Master of Music degree from the University of Nevada.
She and her husband, Joe Venuto, form the duo Harp&Vibes, and have completed two CD’s, Valley of the Bells, and Harp and Vibes Holiday. Her students have been featured soloists with the Carson City and Ruby Mountain (Elko) Symphonies as well as the Reno Philharmonic Youth Orchestra.
She is an avid amateur photographer, opera fan, and loves bicycling and kayaking (on mirror-calm lazy rivers).
